Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Services Specialist

The role involves conducting thorough financial assessments and analysis across a defined group of supervised banking and payments organisations to achieve regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of financial institutions to identify potential risks and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the overall stability of the financial system;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including industry representatives and regulatory agencies, to share knowledge and best practices;
  • Analyse data and information to inform decision-making and policy development;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to supervisors and other stakeholders on financial issues and trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector, financial regulations, and risk management principles;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as finance, economics, or accounting.
