Job Title

As a skilled professional in payment management and fraud prevention, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer transactions and mitigating financial risks.

The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial analysis and expert knowledge of payment flows, including areas such as authorization rates, decline reasons, chargeback rates, and merchant fee costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new payment solutions to enhance business efficiency
  • Reviewing and reporting on performance metrics for live merchant accounts
  • Monitoring fraud system rule performance and analyzing trends to optimize risk mitigation strategies
  • Providing expert advice on payments-related queries from the business
  • Regular collaboration with international teams to drive global best practices
  • Establishing and managing new merchant facilities to meet evolving business needs
  • Administering primary payment service providers to ensure secure and efficient transactions
  • Overseeing payment processing and resolving complex issues

Requirements include:

  • Relevant experience in a related field with a proven track record of success
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Postgraduate qualifications in risk management and/or fraud prevention are an asset
  • Experience with payment gateways and fraud risk systems is preferred
