Horticulture Trainee Opportunity

Are you passionate about developing your skills in horticulture and working outdoors?

As a Horticulture Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with general garden and grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and mulching.

  • Assist experienced supervisors to develop hands-on horticulture skills.
  • Support landscaping projects such as planting, soil preparation, and garden bed construction.
  • Learn to identify plants, monitor plant health, and apply basic pest and disease control.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.

Key Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labor.
  • Willingness to develop skills and knowledge in this trade.
  • Ability to work safely and confidently.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
