As a Digital Solutions Architect, you will spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions that simplify internal processes, elevate employee experiences, and unlock value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and ongoing enablement of enterprise workflow and automation platforms ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned to the organization's strategic priorities.
- Bolster momentum, coach delivery teams, and champion the benefits of workflow and intelligent automation across the organization.
- Develop and communicate the workflow and intelligent automation roadmap, aligning to business needs and platform strategy.
- Collaborate with platform owners, product managers, and architects to shape, plan, and deliver workflow and automation initiatives with clear business value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize demand, shape solutions, uplift delivery maturity, and ensure safe, scalable outcomes that align to enterprise architecture, security, and risk requirements.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Manager or Technical Lead.
- 10+ years IT experience ideally within system development or transformation.
- Experience with UIPath, PowerApps/PowerAutomate, and Dynamics 365 essential.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with retail banking products.
- Experience working in continuous delivery environment preferred.
