We are seeking a driven leader to oversee daily logistics operations, drive process improvements, ensure safety and compliance, and lead teams to meet customer expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join as an Operations Manager. As a critical leadership role, you will manage and develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, proxy duties for the Site Lead, review operational forecasts, and support safety programs.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, proxying duties for the Site Lead, reviewing operational forecasts, and supporting safety programs. You will also identify and lead process improvement initiatives, analyze shift performance, and manage resource plans.

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience or equivalent
