Recruitment Leader

Our organization is currently seeking a senior recruitment leader to drive growth and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across our national network of expert agents. This role requires a strategic thinker who can own the end-to-end recruitment process with pace, precision, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement to onboarding.
- Hunting and attracting top talent by proactively identifying, engaging, and exciting candidates in competitive markets.
- Building strategic partnerships across internal teams and external networks to widen reach and enhance brand presence.
- Serving as a brand ambassador for our organization, representing us with energy, credibility, and passion for what we do.
- Elevating candidate experience and delivering unforgettable journeys that reflect the strength of our brand.
- Providing strategic insights by sharing hiring data, market trends, and pipeline health with senior stakeholders.
- Developing and nurturing talent pools to support long-term growth and scalability.
Requirements
- A proven track record in recruitment, ideally in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or financial services; or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into talent acquisition.
- Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
