We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead the recruitment process across Retail Operations, Support Office, and our Global Team.
As a key member of our P&C team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective initiatives to meet business needs. You will work closely with Senior Leaders and hiring managers to create effective advertisements, plan interview and selection procedures, and oversee the succession planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for various roles within Retail Operations & Support Office
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders and hiring managers to create effective job advertisements
- Support hiring managers in maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Plan and conduct interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments centers, and in-person interviews
- Oversee the succession planning process to ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind
About the Role:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar recruitment position, ideally from both agency and in-house environments (retail or volume recruitment highly advantageous)
- Strong leadership capabilities (2+ years leading a team/individual)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Australian employment law
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt in changing environments
