Role Overview:

The role of Manager, Merchant Compliance is crucial in supporting and managing merchant and product compliance risk for Payment Acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all activities required to manage merchant compliance
  • Contribute to the development of regulatory/policy related matters
  • Manage compliance to new and existing scheme mandates
  • Identify potential breaches, investigate, assess, and manage incidents and breaches
  • Demonstrate understanding of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience with knowledge of risk and compliance gained within financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of merchant acquiring, including payment gateways, payments and card schemes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
