The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing essential care coordination for mental health consumers within the Acute Care Team. This temporary parental leave relief position offers an opportunity to support recovery and quality of life goals through collaborative efforts.
The team operates on a 12 hour rotating roster, ensuring that mental health services are delivered with flexibility and understanding.
