Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist is a skilled operator with proven coordination skills and a basic understanding of social media and influencer relations. This role involves building trusted relationships with key client and industry contacts, and working with teams to develop and execute influential social and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
- Contribute to the development of client social and digital strategies, campaigns, and ongoing programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client projects and always-on deliverables.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media/digital, including content development, data analysis, research, and strategy implementation.
- Demonstrated experience managing major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience as a day-to-day client contact.
- Ability to think proactively and work in a team environment.
