Gaming Supervisors & Duty Manager

The role of a gaming supervisor is to support the senior management team with day-to-day operations in a premium racing and entertainment venue. Ensuring high levels of customer service is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management and Expenditure Control

  • Stock Inventory and Management
  • Staff Leadership and Rostering
  • Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service Standards
  • Assisting with Venue Operations
  • Maintaining Adherence to OHS Practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in a Supervisory Role, preferably within a Complex Entertainment Venue
  • Fully Vaccinated (COVID-19)
  • Valid RSA, RSG, Gaming License, Food Handlers, Drivers License, First Aid, and TAB Accreditation
  • Strong Cash Handling Skills and Compliance Understanding
  • Able to Implement and Manage Processes Effectively
  • Confident Team Leadership and Support for Senior Leaders
  • Excellent Administration and IT Skills
  • Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Self-Motivated and Energetic Individual
  • Bright Personality with Confidence in Self-Expression
  • Integrity and Pride in Work Performance
  • Current Driver's License
