We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee gaming operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, lighting, and ambiance in the gaming area.
  • Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Supervise and support gaming staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
  • Assist the management team in further developing the gaming area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Holding a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • A valid Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
