Centenary Tavern is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead our high-performing gaming team and elevate guest experiences at our popular Brisbane venue. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and community focus, Centenary Tavern offers a dynamic work environment with room for growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Centenary Tavern.

**What you'll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA, RSG/RCG, RMLV and Approved Managers are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
