Retail Assistant/Barista Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a retail assistant and barista.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Maintain visually appealing displays, ensuring our products are always displayed at their best.
  • Sell and promote our products to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks, using our Barista machine.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, performing temperature checks and recording results.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive attitude towards tasks.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, particularly in upselling and product knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced retail environment, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential, although barista experience is desirable.
