Product Vision Leader

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a visionary Product Management leader to drive the development and success of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and leading cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future of our platform.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across product teams to ensure close alignment between product initiatives and business objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing PM team responsible for developing and launching new features and products.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the end-to-end user experience across key user segments and set priorities for delight.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on software product development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for shipping tools for developers, with experience in APIs, client libraries, and CLIs.
  • Understanding of UX principles and the ability to protect Canva's seamless and simple design.
