About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our cybersecurity projects. As a Cybersecurity Project Support Officer, you will assist project managers in planning and organizing projects, prepare and maintain project documentation, and coordinate meetings and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning and coordination, including setting timelines and defining deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings and communication with stakeholders, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers on progress, risks, and issues
  • Support risk management and compliance efforts, including identifying and documenting potential project risks and issues
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage project tools and platforms, ensuring they are used effectively and that project data is accurately recorded
  • Prepare project materials, such as presentations and reports, for stakeholder updates and project reviews
  • Support project budgeting and financial management, including tracking financial records and preparing budget reports
  • Assist with compliance efforts, including ensuring that project activities comply with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
