The Director of Student Academic Support role at St George Christian School is a pivotal position that oversees the provision of comprehensive support services to students.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.

This includes overseeing the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinating resources and staff to deliver effective extension programs, and managing compliance with NCCD requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child safety protocols in an educational setting, as well as expertise in leading teams in specialised support services.

They will also demonstrate experience in building processes and systems that support funding and compliance requirements, as well as extensive knowledge of NCCD regulations.

A strong leadership presence, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role. The ability to foster collaboration among stakeholders and drive positive outcomes for students is critical.
