Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Collision Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our collision repair workshop. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience in a similar management role within the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, processing vehicles upon arrival, and managing the production process to meet productivity targets and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Vehicle Processing: Process vehicles upon arrival.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables.
  • Repair Process Management: Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs are carried out.
  • Productivity Management: Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations.
  • Profitability and Customer Satisfaction: Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Workshop Maintenance: Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to set and adhere to deadlines, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
