Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Client Experience Team as a Client Experience Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing Support Worker team to deliver strategic objectives and provide an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people leadership and management, with a comprehensive understanding of what client success looks like. You will be results-driven, solutions-focused, and a critical thinker with excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients, support workers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and celebrate successes. You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting your team to understand the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Support Worker team to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Provide an exceptional end-to-end client experience using bespoke client assessment, risk, support planning, and goal tracking technology.
  • Collaborate with clients, support workers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and celebrate successes.
  • Coach and support your team to understand the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients.
