  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or client success roles, with a focus on leading teams and driving engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of streamlining workflows and optimizing resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to create and optimize client engagement strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in account management and/or sales, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of integrated payments, PCI-DSS, and credit card processing, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
