Health Safety and Environment Professional
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to oversee our company's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HSE management or related field
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
