Job Title: SHE Business Partner

This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's injury management framework, ensuring best practices in prevention, management, and return-to-work processes for employees with work-related injuries.

The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on injury management, legislation, and workplace safety, aiming to drive positive outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Injury Management Advice: Provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on injury management, prevention, and early intervention strategies.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to promote commitment to injury management.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze injury data to identify trends and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  4. Return-to-Work Processes: Lead and support return-to-work processes, developing Return-to-Work Plans collaboratively.
  5. SHE Culture: Foster a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture aligned with company values and promote positive behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Extensive experience in injury management or occupational rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and have a deep understanding of relevant legislation and standards.
