As a Product Manager for WiseTech Academy, you will be responsible for driving transformative projects such as website development, enabling multilingual content, and enhancing our platform’s interface for a modernized student experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving high-impact frontend, website, and mobile projects within WiseTech Academy.
  • Hands-on product management, from assessing feasibility and creating user stories to road mapping and work phasing.
  • Collaborating with product teams, UX experts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that elevate user experience and align with business objectives.
  • Partnering closely with engineers to provide clear direction, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of product developments.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure products meet both user needs and quality standards.
  • Creating detailed presentations and documentation to support development, marketing, and support teams in understanding and promoting the product.
  • Playing a critical role in incident management, ensuring swift resolution of product-related issues.
  • Aligning frontend app and platform development with WiseTech Academy’s strategic goals.
  • Understanding user needs, prioritizing features, and driving the product roadmap accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience with online learning platforms and website development is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership, collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and delivery-focused approach.
