Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services at Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include building key tenant relationships, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring safety and security, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating pro-active security awareness.

Requirements
  • A current full security licence in NSW/VIC/SA/WA/ACT/QLD
  • A CPR Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (not essential)
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • Ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation and well-groomed appearance
  • High level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Availability to work shifts up to 12 hours and across 7 days/nights
