Retail Security Officer

We are seeking experienced individuals to provide security services at a shopping centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting all tenants, guests and visitors, and ensuring site safety and security.
Key Responsibilities- Building key relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Managing access and responding to client requests
- Ensuring site safety and security, and managing emergency situations
To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification in:
- Current VIC Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
- Apply First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation and corporate-appropriate appearance
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
- Availability across 7 days/nights
