Job Title: Senior Enforcement Team Manager

Job Description

The Senior Enforcement Team Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and guiding team members undertaking field enforcement activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Approving case management activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and current practices.
  • Managing risk and supporting actions in complex enforcement situations.
  • Preparing and delivering enforcement campaign documents, including situational briefs and debriefs.
  • Undertaking a quality assurance program to support a continuous improvement approach.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, resilience, and working knowledge of digital and data technology systems. The successful candidate will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders.
