The role of a Senior Geologist is to lead our team in various projects, driving growth and developing new business opportunities.

About the Job

This position involves supervising junior staff, designing and preparing detailed recommendations, and leading teams with varying responsibilities. You will also cultivate client relationships and assist in identifying and securing new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise field and office work associated with hydrogeological investigations, environmental evaluations, and sampling
  • Prepare design recommendations for complex or unusual conditions
  • Lead teams with varying responsibilities and tasks
  • Provide counsel, advice, and in-house training to individual staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or a closely related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of Geology experience
  • Professional Geologist (PG) license
  • Effective communication skills using the English language
