We have an opportunity for a Graduate Geologist / Engineering Geologist to join our Sydney office as part of our 2026 Graduate Program.

This role offers the chance to work with our experienced professionals on multidisciplinary projects across New South Wales and interstate, including work supporting Australia's energy transition such as pumped hydro, renewable energy infrastructure and major transport projects.

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have recently graduated or be graduating from a degree in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science or related disciplines.
  • A strong passion for pursuing a career in geology and consulting is essential.
  • You should demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Frequent fieldwork in the early stages of your career is also expected.
  • A current, valid driver's licence is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Geological mapping and field investigations
  • Site-based geological assessments and data collection
  • Developing geological models using literature reviews, site investigation data and 3D modelling tools
  • Landslide, coastal hazard and geohazard risk assessments
