About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Senior Manager to empower customers across Australia and New Zealand, driving meaningful outcomes through proactive engagement and expert guidance.
You will build strong relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that maximize the value they receive from our platform and services.
This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives on solving complex problems, advocating for customers, and creating value through long-term partnerships.
You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help customers onboard successfully, achieve adoption milestones, and unlock opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Industry Knowledge and Expertise:
Familiarity with customer success best practices and industry trends, as well as a deep understanding of our products and services.
Educational Background:
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
