Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the shoot lifecycle, including client conversations, project planning, and final delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows, logistics, and client coordination strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to create clear and compelling shoot briefs and storyboards.
  • Oversee post-production, providing feedback and delivering final edits to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content production or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing, writing, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Familiarity with social-first platforms, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and able to adapt to new technologies and tools.
