Product Management Role

Sinch offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our innovative mobile messaging solutions.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a talented individual who will work closely with our Accounts Engineering team to drive and deliver key objectives.
  • You will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour, platform/system characteristics, brands, products and markets to understand the impact of changes and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Your main task will be to define and document work to validate approach, understand customer impacts and effectively deliver on our team roadmap and objectives.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive and deliver to the roadmap, including with design, marketing, sales, support and more.

Requirements:

  • Strong product management experience working closely with development teams to enable customer experience and deliver on the team roadmap.
  • Excellent knowledge or experience with communication, marketing or messaging products.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
