Job Title: Mobile Platform Lead

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Platform Lead to drive the development of our mobile applications. As a visionary, you will have the opportunity to make your mark by leading the design, architecture, and development of mobile apps across iOS and Android.

You will be responsible for leading the mobile platform practice, uplifting 'ways of working' and instilling an understanding of mobile platforms across the greater team. This includes overseeing the full mobile development lifecycle—from coding and testing to deployment and optimization.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Lead, Architect, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in React Native (TypeScript) iOS development (Swift / Objective C) Android development (Kotlin / Java)
  • Relevant programming languages, such as Swift/Objective-C, TypeScript
  • Ci/Cd Pipeline (GitHub Actions / Fastlane)
  • Experience with mobile platform build tools and performance optimization, including DevSecOps practices
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 Level AA)
