This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to join an organisational development team and contribute to the growth of an organisation.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can assist in the attraction, engagement, retention and development of top talent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting leadership teams and have a thorough understanding of proactive talent management, capability development, succession planning and performance management.
The role involves reviewing, developing and creating specific projects that align with the organisational strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing these projects, providing coaching and development to line management, and instilling best practice throughout the organisation.
To excel in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to influence engagement and execution, and have a strong ability to work in a project environment. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the mining or a related sector from within a medium to large sized business.
