We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Client Services team as a Hospitality Trainee.

This 12-month traineeship offers hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality, including RSA certification.

You'll be supported by our teams, with the potential for ongoing opportunities within our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests at Reception and Concierge
  • Manage visitor access and support VIP arrivals
  • Rotate through key roles, gaining hands-on experience in Meeting Room Coordination, Hospitality Support, and more

As a Hospitality Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in:

  • Reception and Concierge: welcome and register guests, manage visitor access, and support VIP arrivals
  • Meeting Room Coordination: prepare meeting spaces, set up rooms, and arrange catering
  • Hospitality Support: assist with internal events, serve and clear catering, take coffee orders, and learn barista skills

We're looking for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, comfortable using computers, and passionate about delivering great customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and can work effectively in a team environment.
