Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive - LPG Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving LP Gas sales volume and margin objectives, while also developing strategic relationships with key customers in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales volume and margin objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Working closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.
  • Implementing a structured call cycle and sales pipeline to drive sales growth and efficiency.
  • Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate knowledge and strategic plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated sales experience from any industry – no LPG experience necessary, we will fully train you.
  • A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales.
  • An ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent time management skills, and a clean and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation.
  • A willingness to own your own region's success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, and be empowered to 'do the deal'.
