About the Role

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to join our team in North Lismore. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting project compliance, completing project planning and programming tasks, managing client relationships, and monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects comply with our Business Management System.
  • Develop and implement project plans and programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor construction crew and subcontractor performance against estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate project performance issues.
  • Report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Procure necessary plant, equipment, and materials; issue relevant permits and documentation.
