Our company is looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, representing and promoting our range of services.
  • Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
  • Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
  • Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
  • Be flexible with hours to ensure we are there when our customers need us.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to push yourself to new heights.

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm schedule.
