Senior Store Leader

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
They will drive a sales culture to exceed performance targets, consistently raising the capability and performance of their team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
The ideal candidate will utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with senior leaders and colleagues.
Open communication is key to success, with effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team being essential for success in this role.
Job Requirements:
- A proven track record in retail management, with expertise in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help their team members succeed.
- Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure their store represents the brand.
- A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and performance indicators.
