Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Outdoor Education Operations Supervisor to lead the planning and delivery of unforgettable camp experiences. You will ensure they are safe, engaging, and tailored to achieve each school's learning objectives.

  • Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.
  • Supervise and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators.
  • Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives.
  • Manage rosters, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading outdoor education programs and teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management and safety compliance in outdoor settings.
