As a member of an aged care rapid response team, you will be working closely with residential facilities and the community to deliver high-quality nursing services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing policy, guiding practice development, and engaging in education and research activities. This will involve providing leadership, advice, and recommendations on all aspects of nursing, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
