Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our team in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing high-quality phlebotomy services, preparing pathology rooms, and ensuring compliance with processes and protocols.
This is a casual opportunity working mornings for three days per week.
As a phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a warm and caring approach, and a certificate in pathology or phlebotomy.
- Provide high-quality phlebotomy services to patients
- Prepare pathology rooms, including restocking and unpacking consumables
- Pack and dispatch samples to laboratories efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A certificate in pathology or phlebotomy
- Proficient venepuncture technique
- Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A warm and caring approach
