Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Minor Hotels in the Sydney CBD. This is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct open homes and private appointments to showcase our properties to potential tenants.
  • Prepare and conduct periodic inspections to ensure our properties are well-maintained.
  • Process and approve rental applications, including reference checks, to ensure a smooth leasing process.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to advertise our rental properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Administer the day-to-day operations of our leasing department, including managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Property Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Registration or willingness to obtain.
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration or reception experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, Tuesday to Saturday.
