About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior E&I Project Engineer to join our team in Perth. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our portfolios within the Metals and Minerals EPCM sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer to deliver within project scope while monitoring progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget parameters.
  • Proactively managing project scope changes, assessing impacts on quantity, cost, and timeline to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Interfacing with discipline engineers to ensure procurement and contracts strategies and requirements are met.
  • Coordinating and expediting procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.
  • Conducting technical and commercial reviews to ensure compliance with project goals.
  • Managing third-party consultants to the project schedule and budget, including all project technical interfaces and requirements are aligned.
About You
  • Relevant EPCM/EPC experience, particularly in managing switchroom manufacturing and site EI&C supply and installation contracts. Site/Field experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Possessing an Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.
  • Proven background in process plants and mining projects, with essential experience in operations or construction.
  • Significant expertise in project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the effective resolution of complex project challenges.
  • Committed to safety excellence, with a proven track record of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environment.
