Job Title: Project Engineer E&I

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer E&I to join our team at Monadelphous. As a pivotal team member, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle from initial project startup in Perth head office and subsequently transitioning to a site-based position undertaking a 2:1 FIFO roster (ex any capital city) during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and aid in planning, scheduling, and executing the scope of work, including organizing project resources, equipment, and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements.
  • Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work.
  • Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
  • Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications, and ISO requirements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Project Engineering on large-scale O&G construction projects for similar companies.
  • Previous experience working in an Electrical Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting, and monitoring milestones within the mining industry.
  • Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, and change management.
  • HV experience within the petrochemical sector is highly desirable.
  • A methodical approach, high attention to detail, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work.
  • Be delivery-focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule.
  • Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO roster.
