A Day in the Shop
- During your 4-hour shift (or more if you like), you'll engage with customers, process transactions, sort and price donations, create vibrant displays, and keep the shop clean and tidy.
- Flexibility is key as you'll take on various tasks, working closely with others to achieve our shared goals.
Skill Requirements
- Friendly and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ensuring seamless interactions and collaborations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the shop.
- Commitment to your nominated shift and availability for training and development opportunities.
Application Process
- Simply express your interest in the role and we'll schedule a friendly interview in-store, where you can ask questions and learn more about the opportunity.
- No need to upload a resume – we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our values.
- Minimum age requirement: 15 years old (16 years old in QLD).
- Completing a National Police check and Induction into our organisation and Retail program are mandatory requirements.
