Reliability Manager Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Professional to join our organization. In this position, you will drive improvements to plant and equipment performance through effective maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to foster a high-performance culture that maximizes equipment reliability and ensures consistent product supply.
  • Develop proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage capital and operational projects to support world-class operational performance.
  • Drive asset management and budgeting, including planning, scheduling, and optimization of production line performance.
  • Ensure team capability and performance through recruitment, coaching, goal-setting, and managing HR matters effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, human resources, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and safe operations.
About the Opportunity
  • Experience managing budgets and leading maintenance or reliability programs in fast-paced production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership ability, with sound judgment under pressure and ability to coach capability within your team.
  • Engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Background in FMCG or similar industries would be highly regarded.
