Accounts Payable Officer Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at Huon Aquaculture Company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Payable functions, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Analysing and processing high-volume transactions to optimise the company's cashflow.
- Receiving and inputting invoices into our accounts payable systems, matching them with purchase orders for timely payment.
- Building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Maintaining and creating vendor master data in accordance with company due diligence, ensuring all vendor accounts are up-to-date.
- Assisting with month-end processes and preparing EFT payments for timely approvals.

With a keen eye for detail, you will excel at handling repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment. A salary range of AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects your level of expertise and contribution to our team.
