This Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor position at our Nambucca concrete plant offers an exciting blend of customer-facing tasks, equipment operation and delivery coordination. The right candidate will oversee batch production, schedule deliveries and manage equipment operations to ensure seamless execution.
No prior batching experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone-based customer service, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy
- Take orders, finalise sales and produce concrete mixes according to precise specifications
- Utilise software to efficiently schedule rostering and truck movements
- Ensure strict compliance with Chain of Responsibility regulations
- Procure raw materials as necessary
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- A proven track record in a similar role or equivalent experience, coupled with proficiency in computer systems (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with diverse clients and foster strong working relationships
- Plant Operator experience, preferably with FEL familiarity
- Proven capacity to prioritise tasks effectively within a dynamic environment
