Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Design and develop advanced data science models and features to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with software engineers, auditors, product managers, and customer experience managers to analyze healthcare data and deliver value for our clients
  • Apply cutting-edge AI/machine learning techniques to resolve complex analytical problems
  • Identify and implement suitable AI models to meet business needs
  • Work with team members to build integrated analytic solutions, including data pipelines, modeling, and dashboards
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data and analytics during client engagements to help customers derive maximum value from our products
  • Analyze and present actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Develop Proof of Concepts and working demos

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or related fields
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial advanced analytics environments
  • Proficiency in building statistical/data science models
  • Ability to create or modify existing AI/ML techniques to suit business needs
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and other advanced AI techniques
  • Proficient in Python programming language
  • Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) applications, such as QuickSight, S3, Sagemaker, and HealthLake
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
