  • Collaborate with the Service management to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our children and staff.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the broader community.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge
  • Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood setting.
  • Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Ability to use relevant software and technology for documentation and communication.
